The SO TELL ME... personal health organizer was inspired by my experience of helping my late father, my mother and my nephew as each of them dealt with various medical issues. They and their doctors needed to have a variety of information – both current and historical – readily available to answer what at times can seem like an endless series of questions. Our organizers are personal, portable and private, and they should help you answer just about any question a healthcare professional might ask.
